Dr Jocelyn Brookes is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist . He has worked as a consultant at UCH (UCL Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London NW1 since 1998, leading the Vascular interventional service.
In 2001 after training in Buenos Aires and New York with Rob Min, the originator of the technique, Dr Brookes introduced Endolaser ablation for varicose veins to the UK at The Middlesex Hospital, London, convening the first UK workshop on EVLT in May 2001. He continues to train newcomers to the technique, hosting the European Society of Interventional Radiology Veins workshop at UCLH in June 2009.
In 2009 he became Divisional Clinical Director for Imaging and Vascular Services at UCLH (incorporating vascular surgery into Imaging)
He runs his own private Vascular Radiology practice at The London Clinic, 116 Harley St, W1. and Bayview Hospital, Bridgetown, Barbados.
His secretary/PA is the lovely Mrs Josie Cronin who sits at 116 Harley St and runs the show!
The aim of the practice is to deliver the highest quality service in the most accessible, personable manner.

We know that anything to do with medical matters can be very confusing and daunting so we try to make it as easy and comfortable and pleasant as possible.
We choose to work with clinics and people who are not only very good medically but really nice as well - because it's important!
